We had an hour of code on the Solar System.  This is what I came up with.

I am very good at my jobs because i’m good at listening to people and i’m very creative and unique with my ideas and i’m always on task. Designer  has always been a job that I have dreamed to be in a business and I soon became Resource manager because our other one left. I think my jobs are very fun and I like designing things and picking up the resources.I always listen to other people’s ideas and I am trying to learn to share my ideas more so the business that i'm in is perfect for my goal. The Jobs that I am in My business are very good and are helping me to come out of my shell.Businesses are really fun. Have you ever been in a business and what job were you?

Creativity Challenge

Over the last few days we have been doing a creativity challenge. The challenge was to “package a feeling.” By package a feeling it means to make a creation that is to do with a feeling. We weren't allowed to make is super obvious like if it was happy we couldn’t do a smiley face or just write happy.

We chose puzzled because we had some really cool ideas. It did look kinda cool but not what we thought it was going to look like. This is our one. ----->                         

We had puzzle pieces because it was like you were puzzled trying to fit the pieces in.

Three Way Conference

It was cold outside but we were in the warm classroom and we were all ready for the learning conferences. The learning  conferences were about start we all had a plan for our learning conferences so we new what we were doing and when it was happening. Most of us started with our google sites we made it had all our learning on it and what stage we were up to.we had also taken a photo of our report and was also on our google site.Next some of us shared about a thing we use in the classroom it’s called fast track it’s where we can keep track of all the tasks we had done and had not done.On Classroom there is also a thing called teacher time table where there are things called workshops and in class we have to go to the workshops that will help us with our learning.Next was a tour of our classroom and then that was the end of our conference with our parents.

Bounce Bounce

Broom broom! went the car as we were Driving down the road to Flipcity!  I was so excited. Soon we had payed and had got the sticky socks but my socks were way too big and went past my ankles. We were fifteen minutes early so we got more time on the trampoline which was awesome. 15 minutes later Everyone   went off the trampolines And we were loners but since we went on early I thought we would get in trouble so I sneaked round the back and I made it look like I had not been on jake hide behind the pillar. Then everyone Who was waiting to go on at eleven o’clock got let on so I went back on as well. Then we did challenges on the trampoline.we had to do a trick and then do the koala which is you have to jump up to the top of the trampoline wall and climb up . Then we went to the pit and the dunking trampoline “Watch this” I said to Jake. There was a trampoline so you could jump into the pit. We also did challenges into the pit. Going to FlipCity was awesome.

Girl in Candy Land

Once there was a little girl her name was Mckenzie she was nine years old   and she loved adventures!Which was a good thing because her town was full of mysteries. One day she was walking to the kitchen and tripped SUDDENLY crack a secret door opened she went closer to inspect  then... she fell down the hole and into a dark spooky room.She dusted the dust off  her face and scanned  the room.She paused something had caught her eye.She tiptoed over to the machine there was a red button and above the button it said “do not press” but...   she pressed it anyway.Boom the machine light up a turquoise colour and she realised it was a teleporter at the top of the teleporter it said candyland.Mckenzie was so excited she jumped right in and didn’t realise her mum would be worried about her.Two seconds later she was falling through the air and suddenly landed with a thud and tilted her head up to take a look where she had landed and it was candyland!! “Huh” she gasped and ran to the fanta fountain and licked the fanta that was trickling down from the top “yummy” she shouted at the top of her lungs thinking no one was here, but suddenly the ground started shaking all around Mckenzie and she collapsed to the ground.Then the ground stopped shaking and Mckenzie got to her feet seeing a big chocolate bar emerging from the ground “HELLO MY NAME IS COCO” he shouted from his great height Mckenzie looked up at the giant choc bar and waved she knew he wouldn’t hear her. Coco bent down and picked up Mckenzie “what's your name” he asked

“Mckenzie” she whispered “that’s nice don’t worry you can keep looking at the candy i just hardly ever see anyone here so i wanted to see who it was” he said “ok” said mckenzie and he put her down. Then for the rest of the day she ran around trying all of the candy while coco was reading a book about how to melt chocolate he gasped he did not know it was that easy to melt chocolate. Five hours later Coco shouted “time to go Mckenzie” she put her thumb out meaning ok and she walked to the portal and jumped in backwards while waving goodbye to Coco. Mckenzie knew she would be going to candyland a lot so she write down where the secret door was and hid it where no one would find it and she lived happily for the rest of her life

Perry and Walter

“Do de do de doooo” whistled Walter as he walked down the mysterious streets of Paris. Suddenly ding ding ding

rang Walters phone in his pocket. He poked his hand in  and picked out his phone it was an urgent call from his boss he answered It “talk” said Walter.

“Walter” shouted his boss, Mr Cane bubblegum, from the other side of the phone “get here now there’s been a robbery  at the museum someone stole the special red diamond from it’s case.”

“Ok ok I’ll be there as quickly as possible “  he whined.

Walter  started running to the museum.”Finally” Walter puffed as he got to the entrance of the museum suddenly flap flap “ah” Walter screamed as Perry the pigeon landed in front of Walter on the steps of the museum. “Peep” said Perry he had two board games under each wing. The games were  monopoly and connect four “go away you puny little pigeon” Walter shouted. Perry would not move “perry” shouted Walter he thought that might scare Perry off but it didn’t he stayed right where he was. So Walter had to sit down at the bench and play with Perry. Two mins later “peep” said Perry he had won connect four and then another two minutes went by Perry said “peep” again he had won monopoly  as well.

“Urg” Walter yelled  and marched into the museum

“You're late” yelled his boss.

“I I  can explain” stammered Walter.

“Get your butt out of here and go home you're fired” yelled his boss.

Walter turned and walked away sadly “poopy little pigeon ruining my job” whispered Walter as he was walking along the street.

“Peep” said Perry as Walter walked by him. Shew shew little bird as Walter walked passed and made his way home and lived sadly ever after.

Kayaking at Green Pastures Camp

7:00 time to get up. My cabin was awake but still pretty tired. We got through the day quickly and soon it was FREE TIME Colab rushed to the kayaking and the waterside. I was in line for kayaking and the path down to the kayaks was muddy and I felt the mud oozing through my toes. Finally Hannah and I got a kayak it was a stand up paddle board. In the water Hannah started wobbling the kayak like some jelly in a bowl. I was terrified that I was gonna fall off and it was pretty easy to because the kayak had no walls. Then Ame was walking across the rope and I said to Hannah "steer us to the rope!" soon we were over at the rope I jumped off and nearly flipped the kayak with Hannah on it. On the orange rope I tried to walk but then the rope started moving back and forward and I couldn't walk to dry land. I tried walking the other way  but the rope got deeper because of the weight of people on that side I was stuck one side was full of people and was the other side too what was I gonna do? Then I saw that I could just walk behind the other kids. Hip hip hooray I made it to dry land. That was a fun day.

Splash Planet

Fun in the sun!!

It was Sunday. The day we were going to the best water park in the world, Splash Planet! In the car it was boiling hot but soon it was alright because Dad had turned on the air conditioning. A few minutes later we had arrived and the line at the start was quite long but we got through quickly. We soon found my aunty under a big tree. The changing room was right next to us. I raced inside and it was disgusting. Soon I was changed and went to find my cousin. Briar and I jumped in the lazy river which was a pool that looked like a donut and the water carried you. The two of us jumped out quickly as we were going on the slides. The day was super fun and full of excitement. After we had been on the slide we all went on the train we went on it about 4 times as the people changed every hour. Soon after we went to play tag. I was not in, so my friends and I raced to the pirate ship. We were lying on the deck for a while. But soon I spotted the tagger. She went around the back and climbed up the ladder but we were already off and ran away and jumped in the lazy river. The day was so awesome, I can't wait until the next time we get to go!
